About the Role

Fund Raisers Sports is looking for detail-oriented and energetic individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls from new and existing customers. The Customer Service Representative’s objective is to use their knowledge of products and services to assist customers with their needs.

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound phone and email support
  • Facilitate the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Perform data entry

Knowledge / Experience / Skills Required:

  • Ability to communicate in a highly professional manner, both written and verbal
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
